These terms apply when you use aiupliftlabs.com. A confirmed training engagement will also have its own written scope, price and service terms.

1. Agreement and site operator

This website is operated by AI Uplift Labs. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to AI Uplift Labs. By using this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Training inquiries and bookings

You can contact AI Uplift Labs directly to discuss training. An email, call or quote request does not by itself create a booking. A training engagement begins only when the relevant parties accept the scope, schedule, price and service terms.

The agreed proposal or contract will govern preparation, delivery, cancellation, payment, rescheduling and any refund rights.

3. Program information

We aim to keep program descriptions and durations useful and current. The final curriculum, exercises, schedule, tools and delivery format may be adapted to your team and will be set out in the agreed proposal.

Examples of exercises and outcomes are illustrative, not promises of a particular business result. What a team can apply after training depends on its starting point, systems, source material and follow-through.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

  • break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
  • send malware, attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the site;
  • scrape or probe the site in a way that creates an unreasonable load;
  • misrepresent our content, branding or relationship with another business; or
  • use the site or our training materials to violate confidentiality, privacy or intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users or our legal rights.

We may suspend or end access to the website. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect. Changes to these website terms do not retroactively change a signed training agreement.
